Visitors ask in plain English and get an answer from what your pages actually say — your prices, your hours, your delivery area — in two or three sentences, day and night. When the answer isn’t there, it says so and takes their name, email and question, which lands in your inbox and in your portal as a lead. It never invents a price or a promise, never mentions anyone but you, and ignores visitors who try to talk it into something else.

- Collaborative: you edit what it knows and how it sounds, and read every conversation. Managed: we do that for you.
- Maintenance and support included: each month we read the questions it could not answer and fix what it knows.
- Includes 1,000 messages a month. If you go past it the chatbot keeps working — we’ll get in touch to agree what happens next, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
